RESIDENCY PROGRAM
In 2019 we launched our new Residency Program.
We are very excited to see God working through the lives of our residents and look forward to seeing how this program will impact our church body as people are equipped and empowered for ministry.

COHORT LEARNING
The group dynamics of both men and women creates a learning environment where residents can discuss and seek feedback for their personal pathway into ministry. The Residency Program focuses on 8 different Ministry Modules, each specifically designed to prepare individuals for effective ministry. |
HIGH-LEVEL REQUIReMENTS
All Residents are asked to make a commitment to the following requirements:
-Attend church on a regular basis and be accountable for emotional and spiritual health.
-Maintain healthy relationships with one’s family, spouse, and peers.
-Be available to serve within one’s giftedness and passion.
-Complete all assignments on time and to the best of one’s ability.
-Make scheduled team meetings and training events a high priority.

ACADEMIC OPTIONS
Residents are encouraged to pursue a broader understanding of God and faith by pursuing classes through an existing formal education institution. Education grants are awarded to approved Residents who choose to seek a ministry degree in a Bible College of their choice. |
Monthly RHYTHM/schedule
The Residents meet two (2) times a month for cohort learning and instructions.
Meeting #1
Emphasis on the following:
Explanation of the Module Theme and Module Assignments.
Discussion on Module Highlights and Take-aways.
Discussion on current ministry engagements.
Personal prayer and intercession.

Emphasis on the following:
Update on Personal Progress and Assignments.Teaching and Discussion about Biblical Leadership.Personal prayer and intercession.
